Once you nutbags run out of money to scare people away, you're fucked. Maybe someone should get Trump on this, not because i like him, because i don't, but he would love the idea.

He can seize Scientology's assets to fund his stupid wall. The statements that the cult releases before each airing are fucking comedy.

You can tell they are completely out of touch. They are on some Austin Powers, Dr. EVIL shit. I work in Clearwater, there are billboards on US for the Scientology channel on Dish Network, not sure how common they are anywhere else When I house sat for my uncle I found he had the Scientology channel on his dish subscription.

When I told him he thought it was a generic self help channel, that it was super vague though haha. Yeah, if I didn't know anything about the cult, I'd think the channel was a silly little thing like The Secret but for even lighterweights.

No substance but, boy, they know how to use wipes, pans, and 90s graphics. Admittedly, it is a step up from "Saved by the Bell" lookswise.

I really hope someone has the foresight to record it for youtube or put it on Livestream, would love to see it EDIT: Wow I didn't assume they gave away anything for free.

I think the one's I've seen have been on Ulmerton and 19 and near Countryside mall. And that was easily dismissed. If I were a member of the Clearwater police department watching the episode, they know the cat is out of the bag: they are in bed with COS.

I went to Clearwater last month to see all the Scientology stuff and it was incredible to me how much of their presence is there.

There were billboards before we got there and just little things about a lot of the buildings near "The Flag" seemed to connect them together.

The Flag is physically connected to a pretty big hotel. It seemed like they had their own bus service multiple buses that looked city owned.

The buildings were also a liiiiiiittle too close to the police station and court house for my liking. That is purely conjecture, but knowing Scientology I just couldn't help think that they likely owned everyone in those two buildings.

Because the Church of Scientology sues people into the ground over the smallest things, and they've yet to sue for slander in the 3 seasons this show has been on the air.

Their greatest fear is that Miscavige would ever be subpoenaed. It is the ONE thing that needs to happen more than anything else because the choices between perjury and truth would be absolutely a joy to behold.

Even the true believers with whom I empathize to a great degree must know on some level how damaging it is for him to remain the public face of Scientology.

Most likely playing hide and seek from subpoena servers. So much for being so assertive and dominant.

He's at every scientology event, whether it's an ideal org opening or one of their 5 or so international events. His location isn't really hard to come by.

But who gets to walk right up to him and thus who would be able to serve him a subpoena is an entirely different matter.

Suing a tv network is harder than individual peoples. They can't be bullied through court. Oh I'm sure they did.

But Scientology has boatloads of cash that it can use to file tons of lawsuits and overwhelm the system like they did with the IRS.

Yesterday I heard an ad for St. I immediately thought that I do not care how fun that area could be. I will not visit Clearwater, because I do not want to support that "church".

In clearwater's defense it's a pretty big city. They have a good grip on Downtown but there's a lot of other areas where they're not even there.

Honestly downtown Clearwater isn't very bustling unless there's something going on in Coachman Park.

How are the beaches? I want to visit for "to see it in order to believe" but is there any diversity there i. I don't think NOI members would be hanging out there.

Honestly, except downtown, you wouldn't know Scientology owned the city. Clearwater Beach is its own world and is nothing like downtown Clearwater.

They actually keep a low profile unless you ruffle them. The beaches are great. I would not let Scientologists stop you from coming.

That's letting them win. In any event, there's a lot to do in St. Pete's without ever having to set foot in Clearwater.

My parents live in the Melbourne area, so if I visit down in Florida anytime soon, it will probably be limited to the east anyway.

There is plenty to do in both areas down here. You should come for a visit. Are there any bars in Clearwater where scientologists have been seen hanging out or socializing?

If not bars, maybe a T. Xenu's where they have office parties or a Teegeeack BBQ where potential clients could be courted? Do someone know where I can find the episode of 60 minutes of they show us some images in this episode?

Scientology: The Clearwater Conspiracy The "gov" is made up of people that have personal lives. This is why they are ineffective.

They're either bought and cowed or fair gamed and harassed. So they choose to bend over. This is why Anonymous was so effective.

The church had to go through the time consuming steps of finding out who certain key Anonymous people were so that they could go after them.

The time it took was too long. Anonymous for it's message out and the damage was done. That movement truly triggered the downfall because people started leaving in droves.

Then the rise of the Indies, then other high level defections, Leah, Mike amd now the boat has so many holes it's not really salvageable.

There it sits upon the rocks. This is a criminal enterprise masquerading as a religion. We must not relent in our efforts to expose this evil for what it is.

I'd agree to some things , but why are they being called so? Gov is supposed to protect people 'cause that is what they do.

How can we feel safe with officials who can't act 'cause there will be some harm done to them personally? That is there job to protect citizens no matter what.

You're speaking about a mandate gov protection of it's governed that only applies when a it benefits someone with said power b it's safe to do so c there is enough public outcry and pressure from multiple sectors, in this case not just former members or d there is enough money to challenge the international criminal and his billions of dollars and all that can buy pi's, lawyers, etc.

The gov has, for a long time, worked in the interests of it's financial or influential benefactors. Scientology is making attempts all over to get people into political power.

And one example on the ground they've done with success is buy local off duty police to protect their property from anyone.
